Georgiana R is our General Manager, the majordomo – the cornerstone of the organisation. An opera lover, she conjures the image of Diana Damrau playing the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute”. Trained in the law, she has oversight of just about everything and everyone. Focused on discipline and efficiency, she is the “go to” person in the organisation. A weindividual who also has a kind heart and caring disposition.

Hailing from the tiny city-state of Singapore, Olive co-founded SD Care in 2012 after completing her Masters in Healthcare Management at the University of Surrey. As part of her postgraduate training, she worked at the Eashing Ward for the Elderly at the Royal Surrey Hospital NHS Trust in Guildford, Surrey. Her work with vulnerable adults began soon after she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. In all, she has accumulated more than 3 decades of experience in social care and nursing in 3 countries – Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom. She brings diversity and different cultural perspectives to the work she does. Olive communicates in several languages including Mandarin which she speaks fluently.

Sumana H is our Executive Assistant. Blessed with supercalifragilisticexpialidocious calmness and poise, she is perfectly suited for her role in recruiting and nurturing the employees who are behind the company’s success. She is the Athena amongst us, personifying wisdom, good counsel and fairness while exercising firmness and practicality in dealing with our employees. Just like Athena who guarded Athens, she is the guardian of our reputation for professionalism and quality.

Aleah M is our Deputy Manager (Care Management). As a Nurse, she has extensive clinical knowledge and passion for healthcare. Her empathy is her superpower. She lives by the saying – “before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes”. Her curiosity to understand others around her helps her build strong relationships with the people she meets. As a hardworking and passionate person, she always goes the extra mile. A true foodie and sushi lover, she spends her spare time exploring new cuisines and cultures.

Varun T is our dedicated HR Executive for Welfare and Development, bringing a proactive and structured approach to our team. His passion for continuous learning and data analysis aligns perfectly with his role, driving informed strategies for employee welfare. Varun’s zest for travel broadens his understanding of diverse work cultures, enhancing his ability to cater to development needs. Outside the office, he engages in gaming, keeps up with the latest industry articles, maintains fitness through volleyball and the gym, and is known for his exceptional organizational talents.

Antonina V is our Acting HR Executive for Staff Performance. Originally from Bulgaria, Antonina is a student in Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 5). The portrait of elegance and composure, this intelligent young mademoiselle is a fast learner who does not miss a hitch. Always sparkling, radiant, and smiling, she certainly knows how to carry her weight and bring the sun wherever she goes. Yet do not be fooled by her gentle appearance because behind the graceful demeanour stands a strong and dedicated HR professional with a history of authoritativeness and professionalism that compares to a few.

Silvia P is our Healthcare Executive tasked to look after our Nursing Agency. A quote from one of our clients aptly describes her, “She wraps herself in strength, carries herself with confidence, and works hard strengthening her arms for the task in hand”. A great team player, she is the perfect combination of passion, dedication, and hard work. Her determined, courageous, and altruistic nature is reminiscent of the Disney Princess Mulan character. In her free time, Silvia heads for the coast. She loves walking along the beach to enjoy the beauty and harmony of the ocean and waves.

Jaymee Z stands out as a Senior Care Assistant with a rich background as a registered nurse and licensed teacher, bringing over eight years of clinical instruction experience from the Philippines. Her academic achievements are highlighted by a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Educational Management. A lover of literature, Jaymee enjoys immersing herself in novels and inspirational works, particularly those by Colleen Hoover and Bo Sanchez. Known for her exceptional ability to perform under pressure, Jaymee lives by the words of C.S. Lewis, upholding integrity in every action, witnessed or not.

Grachelle B, serving as a Registered Nurse at SD Care Agency, exemplifies the epitome of skill and dedication in her field. With a profound commitment to her profession, she is recognized for her hardworking nature, unyielding dedication to excellence, and a voracious appetite for learning. Grachelle’s passion extends beyond her professional endeavours, as she cherishes listening to music, traveling, exploring new horizons, and relishing the tranquillity of beaches. However, it’s her cherished moments with family that truly define her. Guided by the mantra, “She believed she could, so she did,” Grachelle’s belief in her abilities and her steadfast resolve are the cornerstones of her identity.

Roxanne R is our Care Administrator. A driven and energetic individual, from the tropical paradise of the Philippines. She has recently joined our team in Guildford after gaining tremendous experience in the Middle East. Exuding charm and a sweet demeanour, she immediately puts those around her at ease with her gentle smile. A clinically trained nursing assistant and office administrator, she is always eager to learn new skills with dedication and brings a deep sense of empathy and compassion in everything she does.

Thomas T is our Corporate Accounts Executive. Originally from Hong Kong, Thomas has razor sharp focus and determination. He always prioritises his learning and invests in his education. As one of the merengues, he loves Spain and football. He loves travelling and encourages everyone to travel to Australia in their lifetime.

Beata T is our Finance Executive. Beata is a no-nonsense performer who gets the job done with style and efficiency under pressure. This warm-hearted and yet assertive finance professional can be compared to the character of Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice who was as determined and intelligent, which enabled her to rise above all the obstacles to achieve her objectives of life. Beata is a nature lover and likes to spend her leisure time in the nature with her family.

Kamran I enhances our SD Care Agency as the Office Manager, infusing our team with his rich Pakistani heritage and passion for precision. Adept in accounting, his meticulous attention to detail is akin to his knowledge of cars, while his culinary expertise in biryani brings a taste of his culture. Kamran’s leisure pursuits range from reflective long drives to active social media engagement, underpinned by a motivation drawn from his parents’ support. His multifaceted interests and skills add a dynamic presence to our office, embodying the diversity and dedication we value at SD Care.

Rijul G, our IT and Admin at SD Care Agency, is tech-savvy with an interest in football and data analysis. His passion for bike riding parallels the freedom and agility he brings to managing our IT challenges. As an avid gamer and a cricket enthusiast, Rijul’s strategic thinking and team spirit are evident both in and out of the office. With a love for travelling, he brings a broad perspective to our team, enhancing our technological and administrative frameworks with his global insights and dynamic approach.

Mirela L represents the best among our amazing team of care delivery staff. She is a firm believer in the philosophy; “The power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment or the smallest act of caring has the power to turn a life around”. Lovingly called “Bella” by her clients, our beautiful Mirela is truly an empathetic, cheerful, and professional colleague and friend to her many clients. She is a trained nurse and comes with years of clinical experience and multifarious skills in caring for clients with chronic health conditions.

Laura A is one of our oldest employees and a senior care worker. Her bubbly personality and caring nature attracts everyone to her. She exemplifies the quote by American Poet and Critic, John Albert Holmes Jr, “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”. Her kind heart and smile can light up any room and makes her the perfect mentor to all our junior carers.

Kim A a Filipino native and trained nurse, is a compassionate and friendly soul. His passion for caregiving stems from his formative years when he lovingly tended to his ageing grandmother, which fuelled his desire to pursue a career in nursing. Kim is a valued member of our team and takes pride in providing the best care possible to his patients. As he puts it, “Being a nurse means dedicating yourself to caring for others with your heart and your hands.” He understands that nursing is not just a profession but a calling and strives to make a difference in the lives of his clients every day.

Shella C is one of our nursing assistants. Along with a diploma and degree in Nursing, she is also a registered midwife. With her strong academic background and extensive training, she is well-equipped to provide top-quality care to her clients. Beyond her professional qualifications, Shella is a person who enjoys traveling and making new friends. As Albert Schweitzer once said, “The purpose of human life is to serve and to show compassion and the will to help others.” Shella embodies this philosophy through her work and commitment to improving the lives of those around her.
