Together QCS and Lyra ensure our policies are always current, always accessible correctly across every service.

Our managers and directors can monitor KPIs including carer punctuality, client satisfaction scores, training compliance rates, visit completion, and financial performance — all at a glance, updated live. This is the foundation of our data-led management culture.
Advanced In-House Payroll System
We have built a bespoke payroll system designed specifically for the complexities of home care — handling variable hours, weekend and bank holiday enhancements, mileage calculations, and sleep-in rates with precision. Processing that previously took 1.5 to 2 days now completes in under 10 seconds, with automated checking processes that flag any deviations for human review before payment is made. Accuracy is built in, not checked afterwards.
Field Supervision Report (FSR)
Our Field Supervision Report is a structured, digital framework used by care managers when conducting in-person supervisory visits with carers in the field. The FSR captures observations on care delivery, communication with clients, adherence to care plans, and personal presentation — creating a permanent, auditable record of the quality assurance process at the point of care. Monday.com Workflow Automations
Monday.com is our operational hub for cross-team workflow management. We have built extensive automations that trigger actions across HR, compliance, onboarding, and client management — for example, automatically scheduling induction tasks when a new carer is hired, sending DBS renewal reminders at the correct intervals, and routing new client enquiries to the right regional manager. These automations eliminate manual chasing and ensure no task or deadline is ever missed.
In-House Hiring Tracker System
We have built a proprietary applicant tracking system designed specifically for the care recruitment pipeline. It manages every stage from initial application through interview, reference checks, DBS processing, and induction scheduling — with automated status updates and bottleneck alerts at each stage. The system has significantly reduced time-to-hire and ensured a consistent, auditable onboarding experience for every new carer joining the SD Care team.
