A Care Plan
As we said, no two clients are the same. We will certainly suggest many things, but fundamentally this is ‘your’ care plan. We will listen to your needs and wants and build something to meet your wishes. If there is anything that needs explaining, then we shall ensure it is fully understood. There may be some really useful items that will lift your quality of life and make your home care plan something very positive.
We can discuss and arrange dates, times and responsibilities, but if this becomes too much for one visit, then we are happy to let you mull over the key information before progressing. Essentially, we set out who will be coming and when, and what you can expect at every stage. A weekly rota is agreed. As life isn’t always straightforward, we build lots of flexibility into your care plan, and even if you decide that it’s not the best solution for you, then you can stop with only a week’s notice within the first month.
We adjust to suit you
Once you are up and running, we are always on hand to adjust your care plan to suit. We have a scheduled review every 3 months where you can change things.
